Staying active can be difficult if you are alone at home. Why not spend the day at Monroe Medical Adult Day Care and engage in our daily exercises to keep yourself healthy?

  • Balance Exercises
  • Tai Chi
  • Pilates
  • Yoga
  • Zumba

We recommend that you check with your doctor first if you can participate in our exercises or if there are only selected activities that you can take part of. We understand that some of our participants may have breathing difficulties, limited range of motion and other health complications that need to be considered.
